Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Selected grapes are
fermented in stainless steel tanks at a 28° temperature
for 6/8 days, followed by a further week of maceration on the
peels. After racking, at the end of the fermentation,
the grapes are put in barrels for 10/12 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby red color. On the nose; hints of
red and violet berry fruits, featuring a wood aroma. The taste is pleasant and light. A wine with good structure and excellent balance.
Alcohol content: 13.5% by volume
Producer’s advice: Main courses based on white and red meats.
Serve at a temperature of about 16 / 18C °
